Ghosts walks and pub crawls won't be the only wide-eyed crowds strolling downtown Wilmington this fall. The haunting noir-ness that is Blue Velvet is getting its very own tour as part of this year's festival. The walk-and-talk to the film's most famous locations will be hosted by local filmmaker Benedict Fancy.
